  • If you’re sick of worrying about your wet areas and have crane access for installation, it’s very likely that Building Elements can help you save time and mess on site.

    Our products are even suitable for luxury projects.

  • Virtually every element is customisable within the limits of compliance. You and/or your client can make all of your product choices. The only limitation is what we can transport to you.

  • Yes! In fact, we have silver standard accessibility designs ready to go.

  • Your Building Element will be delivered with fixtures installed up to termination points that are determined during the collaborative design process.

    All services, including plumbing, electrical and waterproofing, are installed as per the NCC and all relevant Australian Standards. These Trade certificates will come as a certificate package with delivery.

    Basically our Trades certify their works up to the agreed termination points, and your Trades will sign off the connection to services.

    Your Certifier can visit the factory during the manufacturing process.

  • That’s up to you. We recommend delivery/installation during framing.

    As long as we have crane access, the install will be complete in less than one hour, ready for connection to services. Lock the door.

  • Our lead time depends on how much information you provide during design. We estimate with a proactive team, design will take 3-4 weeks.
